Refund policy

At UNDO, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns:
You may request a return within [7–14 days] of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items such as sale/discounted products, accessories, or intimate wear may not be eligible for return. (This will be clearly mentioned on the product page)


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges:
We currently offer size/color exchanges (subject to availability).
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.


Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In case of a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the shipping cost and send you a replacement/refund.


Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked final sale.
Worn, washed, or damaged products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
